As the founder of Sacred Awaken (formerly Heavenly Vibrations), I am a passionate spiritual teacher, psychic medium, health coach, and sound therapist, dedicated to guiding others toward healing, empowerment, and overall well-being.
My mission is to connect with the spirit realm through psychic mediumship and channeling, serving as a conduit for universal energy to facilitate profound healing on all levels. I offer holistic health coaching to support clients in achieving physical and emotional wellness, empowering them to take charge of their health and cultivate a balanced, vibrant life.
In addition to spiritual mentoring, I provide classes that help individuals tap into and develop their intuitive abilities, fostering self-awareness and personal growth. As a grief counselor, I guide individuals through the healing process of loss, helping them find hope and meaning. As a sound therapist, I offer both private and monthly group sound baths, harnessing the power of sound to restore harmony and vitality.

With over 30 years of professional experience, I have embraced my roles as a psychic medium, spiritual and psychic teacher, energy healer, health coach, and a catalyst for the awakening journeys of fellow lightworkers.

Abilities
I can connect with a variety of spirits including departed loved ones, angels, guides, the Akashic Records, and the energy fields of people and animals.
One of my unique abilities is to perceive, mend, and harmonize energy fields, regardless of physical location, for both people and animals.
I've also successfully assisted many individuals in clearing earthbound spirit and entity attachments for the purpose of nurturing their spiritual well-being, physical and mental health.
Education & Experience
My educational background includes a Bachelor's Degree in Anthropology (1990), Associate's Degree in Nursing (1994), and a Master's Degree in Nursing (2001), with specialized training in sound/vibrational healing, Reiki, energy medicine, health and life coaching, grief counseling, mediumship, and spirit and entity removals.
As a Registered Nurse, Reiki Master, and seasoned Psychic Medium, I've taught in diverse educational settings, including home infusion, nursing school, adult and pediatric advanced life support, CPR, Reiki, and psychic development.
I also have a diverse medical background, including emergency nursing, pediatric and neonatal intensive care, flight nursing, and infusion therapy.
